Brand Experience Strategic Planner

To support its development and strengthen its team, Héroïne is looking for a Brand Experience Strategic Planner on a permanent contract.
YOUR MISSIONS ? As part of the strategic support provided to our customers, on the projects for which the agency is commissioned, and in collaboration with the agency's other departments (Brand Experience Consultants, Creatives) you will be responsible for :
o Analysis and understanding of our customers' brands and platforms, auditing and benchmarking their competitive environment
o Gathering insights through interviews and desk research
o Identifying and understanding targets, and creating personas
o Identification of issues and challenges, and definition of plans of attack in response to the brief.
o Defining, writing and arguing experience concepts
o Development and presentation of strategic recommendations
You will contribute to the identification and deciphering of trends, brand initiatives and consumer behavior in the luxury, design, experience and retail sectors in order to :
o Feed the agency's content strategy and enable it to speak out regularly on its various communication channels.
o Inspiring teams Héroïne by providing them with relevant and innovative insights.
o Create content that will proactively contact the agency's prospects and customers, arousing their interest to generate new opportunities.
Your Super-skills :
o 1 or 2 years agency experience in a strategic planning department
o Knowledge of the luxury goods, retail and/or customer experience sectors appreciated.
Your Super-powers :
o Fluent written and spoken French and English
o Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office and Keynote tools
o Aesthetic and graphic sensitivity
o Curiosity and creativity
o Ability to analyze and summarize

Brand Experience Consultant

As part of its expansion and to strengthen its team of consultants, Héroïne is looking for a Brand Experience Consultant on a permanent contract.
YOUR MISSIONS ? As a Brand Experience Consultant, you will contribute to the management and coordination of several projects, from methodological and budgetary recommendations to the definition of the experience strategy and delivery of deliverables. Supervised by a Senior Brand Experience Consultant, your missions will include the following dimensions:
Consulting & Marketing
o Participate in the design of the customer experience through the prism of the R.O.X.TM method: customer journey, zoning and experience specifications.
o Carry out retail audits: identify the competition, carry out field visits and R.O.X.TM rating, analysis reports, write up summaries.
o Contribute to the realization of strategic recommendations
Commercial relations
o Manage customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction: listen to and gather information on needs, respond to requests and keep customers informed in a responsive manner.
o Design, defend and negotiate sales proposals
Project Management
o Organize the various stages of a project, ensuring that they run smoothly and on schedule, both internally (organize meetings, share new project information, write up minutes, etc.) and with our customers (organize exchange sessions, request information, etc.).
Financial Management
o Draw up quotations and follow the invoicing process
Management
o Contribute to the recruitment and management of trainees
Your Super-skills :
o 1 to 2 years' experience in marketing and communications.
o Knowledge of the luxury goods, retail and/or customer experience sectors
