Junior Brand Experience Strategic Planner
Internship
As part of its development, Héroïne is offering an end-of-study internship with a view to future recruitment. As a Brand Experience Junior Strategic Planner, you will have the opportunity to join our Strategic Planning team and be supported on a day-to-day basis throughout the duration of your internship by an experienced strategic planner.
You want to:
- Analyze the most inspiring trends, brands and sectors, in France and internationally
- Learn and master the customer experience
- Contribute to reflection on brand experience issues
- To be in daily contact with creative people
Then this course is for you!
YOUR MISSIONS :
As part of the strategic support provided to our customers, on the projects for which the agency is commissioned, and in collaboration with the other departments of the agency (Brand Experience Consultants, Creative) you will contribute to :
- Analysis and understanding of brands and their platforms, auditing and benchmarking their competitive environment
- Gathering insights through interviews and desk research
- Identifying and understanding targets, and creating personas
- Designing strategic recommendations
As part of the development of the agency's vision and outlook, the strategic planning department identifies and deciphers trends, brand initiatives and consumer behavior in the luxury, design, experience and retail sectors. Part of your time will be dedicated to supporting the more experienced strategic planners in this mission in order to :
- Nurture the agency's content strategy and enable it to speak out regularly on its various communication channels.
- Inspire Héroïne teams with relevant and innovative insights.
- Create content that will proactively contact the agency's prospects and customers, arousing their interest to generate new opportunities.
THE HERO(IES) WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Master 2, business schools, IEP(...)
- End-of-study internship with a view to employment at the end of the internship period (unfortunately no gap year internship for this offer).
- Curiosity about customer experience, branding and design, and the luxury sector
- Fluent French and excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Keynote tools
- Aesthetic and graphic sensitivity
- Intellectual curiosity & creativity
- Ability to analyze and summarize

As part of its development, Héroïne is offering an end-of-studies internship with a view to future recruitment. As a Junior Brand Experience Consultant, you will have the opportunity to join our team of consultants.
You want to:
- Learn and master all aspects of the Experience
- Contribute to reflection on the most inspiring brand experience issues
- To be in daily contact with creative people
- Monitor projects from brief to implementation
Then this course is for you!
YOUR MISSIONS :
Acting as a real conductor within the agency and with our customers, you'll help coordinate the projects you're assigned to, following them through from briefing to delivery. Your tasks will include :
Consulting & Marketing :
o Participate in the design of the customer experience through the prism of the R.O.X.TM method: customer journey, zoning and experience specifications.
o Carry out retail audits: identify the competition, carry out site visits and R.O.X.TM rating, analysis report, write up summaries.
o Contribute to the realization of strategic recommendations
Commercial relations
o Contribute to customer relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction: listen and gather information on needs, respond to requests and keep customers informed in a responsive manner.
o Contribute to the design of sales proposals
Project and Financial Management :
o Organize the various stages of a project, ensuring that they run smoothly and on schedule, both internally (organize meetings, share new project information, write up minutes, etc.) and with our customers (organize exchange sessions, request information, etc.).
o Draw up quotations, follow the invoicing process
